At Victory Residences, the landscape is envisioned as an integral part of a landmark residential address within Dubai Sports City—one that reflects the larger vision of creating a vibrant, future-ready, and enduring community. Developed by ULDS in partnership with K&A, the project brings together architecture, open space, and lifestyle to shape a refined living environment that is both prestigious and welcoming. Set within a 12-acre site, the development introduces a high-rise residential complex that balances urban density with carefully curated outdoor experiences.

Our landscape approach responds to the project’s unique spatial character and orientation. The residential block, rising G+M+2P+15, is strategically aligned toward the canal and the private park within the zone, allowing the open spaces to extend the visual and experiential connection between the built form and its surroundings. Rather than treating the landscape as a peripheral layer, we approached it as a unifying element—one that softens the scale of the architecture, enhances arrival, and creates a calm and elevated residential setting within the larger urban fabric.

A key feature of the development is the podium garden, conceived as the social and recreational heart of the project. Positioned above the parking levels, this landscape becomes a private oasis for residents—a secure, accessible, and vibrant open space that supports relaxation, leisure, and everyday community life. The podium garden is designed to offer a contrast to the city’s intensity, creating a more intimate and comfortable environment where residents can gather, unwind, and engage with the outdoors in a meaningful way.

The planning of the landscape also responds carefully to the hierarchy of movement and privacy across the site. Access to the development is primarily through a more private internal road, reinforcing the sense of exclusivity and residential comfort. While parking for most units is efficiently accommodated within the podium levels, the townhouses are given their own private parking access from the internal road, allowing for a more personalized and independent residential experience. This layered approach to circulation supports both convenience and privacy, while maintaining a cohesive overall landscape character.

Architecturally, the residential block is distinguished by its dynamic roof features, and the landscape is designed to complement this contemporary expression with a language of elegance, clarity, and spatial balance.
