At Casagrand South Brooke Phase 2, the landscape continues the core vision established in the earlier phase, while expressing it through a fresh narrative of space, comfort, and everyday usability. Conceived for the affordable residential segment, the project demanded a design language that was economical, efficient, and easy to execute, yet capable of delivering a strong spatial identity. Our approach was to work with simple materials, practical detailing, and a restrained palette, ensuring that the landscape remains elegant, durable, and meaningful without unnecessary complexity.

The strength of the project lies in how carefully each outdoor space is shaped to serve daily life. Rather than relying on grand gestures, the landscape is composed through well-defined amenity pockets, functional circulation, and comfortable enclosures that create a sense of order and belonging. Every intervention was planned to maximize usability while maintaining the quality of the open spaces, proving that budget-sensitive developments can still offer a rich and rewarding residential environment.

One of the defining features of Phase 2 is the way the landscape supports active community life. The play courts act as key social anchors within the campus, designed to host multiple games and age groups while introducing vibrancy through bold colour and clear spatial definition. These active zones bring energy to the development and create moments of interaction, recreation, and visual freshness within the built fabric.

The courtyards between the residential blocks were treated with equal care. Though compact in scale, they were designed to be highly accessible, functional, and responsive to the everyday needs of residents. Within these tighter spaces, we balanced amenities, movement, privacy, and safety to ensure that the courtyards feel lively yet controlled. Attention was also given to noise management and visual buffering so that the relationship between landscape and adjacent apartment units remains comfortable and balanced.

A key aspect of our planning was the enhancement of the ground-floor residences. Through the introduction of planting buffers, layered edges, and thoughtful spatial separation, we were able to improve privacy while also enriching the living experience of these homes. The design was developed with senior citizens and universal accessibility in mind, creating outdoor environments that are universally accessible.
