Casagrand Bellance is envisioned as a premium high-rise residential community set within a structured, symmetrical campus, where the landscape draws inspiration from the timeless elegance of Roman classical design. The concept interprets the grandeur of Roman architecture through a contemporary residential lens, using ornamented arches, domes, vaults, and colonnaded pathways as defining landscape elements that bring order, identity, and a strong sense of place to the development.

The planning of the open spaces is rooted in the idea of the Roman peristyle courtyard, formal, inward-looking landscapes organized around central gathering spaces. These courtyards are designed with ornamented fountains, reflection pools, and cascading water channels, creating a serene and immersive environment that offers cooling, tranquility, and visual richness. Water features inspired by ancient aqueducts run through the campus as linear elements, guiding movement and evoking the experience of stepping into a refined classical garden.

The landscape vocabulary is deliberately formal and geometric, with sculpted topiary, clipped hedges, planted urns, and carefully framed green spaces shaping a series of elegant outdoor rooms. This strong symmetry and organization reinforce the architectural character of the project while creating a premium and memorable public realm. Every pathway, court, and landscape edge is designed to reflect balance, discipline, and sophistication.

At a conceptual level, the project also draws from the duality of Villa Urbana and Villa Rustica. While the development offers the refinement and inward-facing calm of an urban sanctuary, it also integrates the restorative quality of nature into everyday life. The result is a residential campus that feels both grand and intimate, a contemporary interpretation of Roman landscape principles that transforms Casagrand Bellance into a distinguished and immersive living environment.
